  • Most questions can be answered by exploring the WWBOTA website, so please take a look there first before raising a support ticket.

  • Your first point of contact for any issues is your National Scheme representative. Contact details for each of those can be found using the links on our homepage (click the national scheme on the list there to be taken to national pages).

  • WWBOTA is managed and maintained by volunteers in their spare time. If you do need to raise a support ticket, please allow up to 48 hours for a response — although we’ll often get back to you much sooner. 

  • To help us manage requests efficiently, please don’t message or email individual members of the WWBOTA administration or support team directly regarding support issues. Using the support system ensures your query is tracked and answered properly.

  • Fellow WWBOTA participants are also a great source of help and advice. You might like to join our WhatsApp groups to chat with other members — they’re a real wealth of knowledge, experience, and tips.
