0 Before you start
This is the final test version. If you encounter any issues, please inform us by WWBOTA Support Ticket. If you have problems you can still upload single logs using the old/current method from WWBOTA Logger.
The uploader accepts any ADIF logfile, even one with only the most basic fields completed — you don't need your logging software to know anything about bunkers or B2B contacts. You can add the bunker(s) you activated, and any bunker-to-bunker contacts, directly within the upload tool itself once your file is read.
1 Starting an upload
Click the upload button and choose your ADIF file — that's the whole first step.

1Upload activation log — opens your file picker. Choose one or more ADIF files (.adi / .adif) from any logging program. The page will reload automatically once you've picked a file — that's expected, it's how your log gets read.
You must be logged in to upload a log — if you're not, you'll be asked to log in first before anything is processed.
2 Confirming your callsign and bunker(s)
As soon as your file is read, this pops up automatically — before you see anything else.

2Callsign used for this activation — pre-filled from your log file, but check it's right and correct it if not. It must be a callsign linked to your account.
3Bunker field(s) — up to 5 boxes. If a bunker was found in your file, it's already filled in — check it's correct. Add more if this was a multi-fer.
4Close & restart — abandons this upload completely and resets the page, so you can start again from scratch.
5Continue — confirms your callsign and bunker(s) and moves on to the summary screen.
Activated more than one bunker? Just fill in each box — the log will automatically be credited to every bunker you list, including any shared contacts. You can also type several references into a single box separated by commas (e.g. B/G-2055, B/G-2634) if that's quicker.
Operating portable, mobile, or from a different callsign area — e.g. M1AAA/P or LA/M1AAA/P? That's fine, it's recognised the same as your base callsign.
If the callsign you enter isn't linked to your account, you'll see a warning explaining why — closing it resets the upload completely, so you'll need to upload your file again once it's sorted. If a callsign keeps being rejected, check it's added to your account profile.
📝 Using Ham2K PoLo? Any bunkers you activated that are recorded in your log are automatically detected and pre-filled into this popup for you — no need to type them in by hand.
3 The summary screen
This is what you'll see most of the time — a quick overview and three clear choices.

5Close without sending — cancels the upload. Nothing is saved, and no harm done.

1Stat cards — total distinct contacts, and how many of those were bunker-to-bunker (B2B) QSOs.
2Bunker filter pills — only appear for multi-fers. Click one to see just that bunker's contacts, or "All" to see everything at once.
3Edit / delete icons — fix a mistake, remove a contact, or add a "Their bunker" reference to turn a normal contact into a bunker-to-bunker (B2B) one. If that contact is logged against more than one bunker, you'll be asked to confirm, since the change affects every linked row.
4Confirm / close buttons — the same two actions as the summary screen, repeated here so you don't have to go back.
Editing a shared contact updates every bunker it's logged against at once — there's no way to change it for just one bunker and not the other.
5 A note for mobile phone users
Uploading a log from a mobile phone — even in portrait mode — works fine. Just follow the prompts the same way you would on a computer.
Editing a log on a mobile phone is possible too, but a wide table on a small screen can be fiddly. We've added a horizontal scroll bar to the detail table so nothing's cut off, but if you've got a lot of rows to correct, it's easier on a larger screen.
6 Sending your log
Whichever screen you confirm from, this is what tells you it worked.
Success
You entered 14 QSOs and 3 B2Bs into the database
That's it — your activation is logged, credited to every bunker you listed, and any bunker-to-bunker contacts are credited to both stations automatically.
7 What this handles
Any ADIF logfile, even one with only the most basic fields completed
A normal single-bunker activation, exactly as before
Multi-bunker (multi-fer) activations, up to a 5-fer
Bunker-to-bunker (B2B) contacts, including multi-fer to multi-fer — add them yourself if your log didn't already include them
Editing and deleting rows — if a contact is logged against more than one bunker, you'll be asked to confirm before a change is applied everywhere
Files with no bunker reference at all — you'll simply be prompted to enter which bunker(s) you activated
Portable, mobile, and other-callsign-area operating (e.g. M1AAA/P, LA/M1AAA/P) against your account's registered callsign(s)
